At ALLAN and CONRAD, Inc., we have developed a project management model to ensure a clear and complete project. At the core of the model are procedures that eliminate many unknowns that can arise during construction. Value engineering is inherent in our design process. We strive to be generally ahead of architectural deadlines and encourage coordination reviews prior to submitting final documents.

Typically, principals serve as project managers and develop the initial design concept, provide guidance and design assistance throughout, and perform a formal review prior to final issue.  In addition, senior staff engineers work as project engineers responsible for preparation of calculations and construction documents.  Experienced drafting personnel lay out and coordinate production of structural drawings using the latest releases of AutoCAD and up-to-date computer hardware.
