For the last several years, ALLAN and CONRAD, Inc. has teamed up with RLF Inc. to produce CanStruction structures. Each year, there is a different theme for Canstruction. Teams design their structure according the theme and build the entire project with food items. The completed structures are then judged and given awards in various categories. However, the real winners are not the ones leaving with awards. After the competition, all food items are donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank with all of the food going to locals in need.
