ALLAN and CONRAD, Inc. can provide threshold inspection services for any of our design projects. We are uniquely qualified to determine that the project is being constructed in accordance with our plans and specifications. The threshold inspector will often be the engineer who designed and detailed the structure. At the least, he will have reviewed the design and shop drawings with the design engineer. Our inspectors are all engineers. They have a thorough understanding of the intent of our documents; this helps avoid construction delays that can result from lengthy communications between contractor, inspector and engineer of record.
