Since our founding in 1957, ALLAN and CONRAD, Inc. has maintained a commitment to providing the highest service and finest engineering product in the industry. Though our founders have retired, continuity is maintained with four principals that have a combined tenure of over a hundred years of active engineering design. The company has seven registered engineers and a total staff of 15 professionals.
ALLAN AND CONRAD Inc. has developed long-term relationships with Central Florida's leading architectural firms, facility owners, and construction firms. These relationships are maintained through our creative assistance in helping them realize their design vision, and to our commitment to a high level of coordination and cooperation. Value engineering is inherent in the design process. ALLAN and CONRAD Inc.'s finished product routinely draws compliments from those who appreciate our level of detail.
ALLAN and CONRAD Inc. is committed to staying ahead of architectural deadlines. We encourage regular coordination, and perform our own rigorous internal reviews prior to each submittal. Experienced drafting personnel produce our drawings using the latest releases of REVIT, AutoCAD and constantly updated computer hardware. ALLAN and CONRAD Inc. was an early adopter of REVIT and BIM, and has successfully produced many projects - both large and small - using this emerging technology.
